Fernando Reina Rodriguez. LV, MSc, PhD, DipECVS. European Specialist in Small Animal Surgery.
Graduated in veterinary medicine from the University of Cordoba in 2004. After several years working in Spain and United Kingdom, he did a first rotating internship at North Kent Referrals, followed by a specialty internship in surgery at the University of Dublin, Ireland. Subsequently he starts the European residency in small animal surgery at the same university finishing in August 2016. In 2017 he obtained his PhD degree from the said University and in 2019 the European Diploma accrediting him as a European Specialist in Small Animal Surgery. He has worked as an assistant lecturer in small animal surgery at the Universities of Dublin, Edinburgh and the Catholic University of Valencia, as well as a specialist in surgery at private referral centers in the UK and more recently in Spain. He is a regular speaker at national and international level.
