He spent the following 12 years in the UK where he gained further qualifications in small animal surgery and worked for six years in one of the largest Referral Veterinary Centres in the UK (Willows Referrals, Solihull). He is a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Diplomate in Small Animal Surgery (Orthopaedics) and a registered RCVS Specialist. He has published widely and lectures frequently at national and international level in the fields of Small Animal Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery.
